01. Orders

What is the timelines for orders?

For bouquets please allow 1-2 days for processing & delivery.

If you wish to order same day delivery, please order before 11am. Add in notes that you would like it for that day. 

For large scale orders please allow 2 weeks from when you submit your order. Depending on your order and whether I have the required materials in stock or if you need something by a particular date please get in touch first to ensure it is possible.

When will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, when you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive a receipt for your purchase.

Can you create from an inspo photo?

I love being inspired and inspiring others, though I avoid copying at all costs. I can recreate designs I have made for previous clients. I am also happy to create something inspired by a picture of someone else’s work, though I will put my own style and vision on it. 

02. Delivery

Do Designs By Pierrta deliver? 

Yes I do! I accept orders until 11:00am Monday to Friday and until 10am on Saturday or until delivery capacity is reached for each day.

What are the operating hours for Designs By Pier’rta?

I am always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
Business hours 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday, 9 – 1pm Saturdays, CLOSED Sundays.

Which areas do Designs By Pier’rta deliver to?

I deliver within Newcastle NSW + 10kms.  

Can Designs By Pier’rta guarantee specific time for a floral delivery?

I cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. I will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.

What if the recipient is not home?

Someone must be home to accept the delivery between noon & 4pm. This can be the recipient, a door person or a neighbour. Due to weather concerns, I cannot leave bouquets outside. Please note that I do not recommend flowers are out of water longer than an hour. If the bouquet is being delivered in paper, I recommend that the recipient is home to trim and get them in water. If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made I will contact the purchaser to work out a solution.

03. Subscriptions

What are the subscriptions available at Designs By Pier’rta? 

The following options for subscriptions are as follows:

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Visit the subscription link click ‘cancel my subscription.’ 

What if the recipient is not home?

04. Refunds & Exchanges

What is Designs By Pier’rta’s refund policy?

All blooms, candles, jewellery & sale items are final sale. Special order jewellery pieces are also final sale. All other items in unopened or unworn condition can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Designs By Pier’rta does not offer refunds.

What is Designs By Pier’rta’s exchange policy?

Exchanges can be made for unopened items within 30 days of purchase.  If you would like to request an exchange, please email me@pierrta.com.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your exchange to us, as well as the cost to ship the exchanged items to you.

What is Designs By Pier’rta Privacy policy?

As a business, Designs By Pier’rta respects your privacy. Any names, event/wedding dates, contact details, order information & pricing will be treated with complete privacy. Designs By Pier’rta will not discuss personal information provided with any media or release any data unless you give us consent to do so. In return, Designs By Pier’rta asks you would do the same and not disclose order and pricing details to anyone without our written consent. 

I post testimonials on my website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, I will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact me at me@pierrta.com and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.eve
